Cartmell Farm Foods - Damson Ketchup

The unique and original damson ketchup, a fruity, lightly spiced sauce so versatile, it works with breakfast bacon, sausages and cold luncheon meats, as an ingredient in supper stews and casseroles, as a sauce for ice-cream or to give a lift to fruit crumble puddings.

Matt Atkinson’s Cartmell Farm Foods Damson Ketchup won the 2016 Savoury Condiment category in the Great British Food magazine awards.  The judge was Rosemary Shrager, an English chef, best known for being a culinary teacher on the television.
