Made in Cumbria for Love the Lakes using a traditional recipe with lemon juice, egg and butter, it is delicious spread over toast, crumpets, croissants or freshly baked scones.

It is equally good stirred through yoghurt, spooned over desserts or used as a filling for cakes, tarts and pastries.
