Pennington's Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur

Created in 1990 from an original recipe by Mike Pennington, Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur is a distinctive Cumbrian liqueur inspired by Kendal's famous mint cake.

Fresh peppermint delivers a bright, cooling burst of mint, followed by smooth chocolate notes and a rich, lingering finish. It's an unusual but beautifully balanced combination that has become one of Pennington's best-known liqueurs.

Enjoy it well chilled or served over ice as an after-dinner drink, or use it to bring a distinctive mint and chocolate character to cocktails.
