Handpicked in early autumn, the finest sloe berries are slowly infused in Lakeland Moon Gin for several months, often approaching a full year. This traditional maceration process allows the berries to release their distinctive plum-like sweetness, gentle tartness and vibrant fruity aromas.

Each batch is unique, reflecting the natural character of the year's harvest. Crafted with care at Pennington’s eco-distillery in the Lake District, this limited-production sloe gin captures the flavours of the Cumbrian countryside in every bottle.
