Packed with blackberries and raspberries, Wild & Fruitful Winter Coulis is a rich, fruity sauce made for pouring over all things sweet.

Handmade in Cumbria, the berries are gently simmered to create a smooth, intensely fruity coulis that is perfect for desserts, breakfasts and festive treats.

Perfect with: Ice cream, cheesecake, pavlova, pancakes, porridge, yoghurt and desserts.

Ingredients: Sugar, Blackberries (25%), Raspberries (25%).

Prepared using: 50g fruit per 100g.

Total sugar content: 50g per 100g.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened and consume within one month.

Shake well before use.
