A delicious festive twist on a traditional orange marmalade. Wild & Fruitful Christmas Marmalade combines bitter orange with sweet dried cranberries and warming seasonal spices, including ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

Handmade in small batches in Cumbria, it’s perfect for bringing a little Christmas flavour to breakfast. Enjoy it generously spread on toast, crumpets or croissants, or use it to add a fruity, spiced note to festive baking.

Perfect with: Toast, crumpets, croissants, scones, cakes and festive bakes.

Ingredients: Sugar, Bitter Orange (28%), Water, Cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Ground Mixed Spice (Cassia Cinnamon, Coriander, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cloves), Gelling Agent: Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Ground Ginger, Ground Cinnamon.

Prepared using: 31g of fruit per 100g.
